Prices shown are indicative starting points and are confirmed in a written quote before any work begins. Any figures used to illustrate time saved or results are examples, not averages or guarantees. What is achievable in your business is established once we have looked at it with you.

Every piece of work is agreed in a written scope covering deliverables, timescales, payment stages and what happens if either side wants to stop. Nothing is chargeable until that scope is agreed in writing.

Automations often rely on third-party services. Their availability, pricing and terms are outside our control, and their subscription costs are separate from our fees.

Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it. Beyond that, our liability for a project is limited to the fees paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
