PM Product Solutions started the way a lot of good things do — two friends who couldn't stop talking about business.
David and Jack met years ago, working in finance. We got on straight away, and we never really stopped comparing notes — pulling businesses apart, working out what made them tick, what slowed them down, what we'd do differently. After enough of those conversations, the obvious question turned up: why don't we just do this together?
So we did.
We started PM Product Solutions because we love two things: building and operating. We love making things that work, and we love the unglamorous machinery that keeps a business running well. And we know that's exactly the bit most business owners find hardest — not because they're not good at what they do, but because running the operation was never the reason they started. That's the gap we're here to close.
The team
Operations & build
David comes from operations. He looked after global operations for a startup that grew to over a million users — the data, the compliance, the systems, the day-to-day of keeping something complex running cleanly. He's the one who builds: give him a messy process and he'll find the fix. His specialism is doing it responsibly — he knows how personal and sensitive data should be handled, and where the lines are.
Growth & business
Jack's background is finance, sales and marketing — the growth side. He understands how a business actually makes money, and how to talk to the people it's for. (Fun fact: he's also a semi-professional footballer.)
We don't sell technology for its own sake. We're not interested in AI because it's fashionable — we're interested in it because it's the best tool we've found for giving people their time back. We'll always tell you the truth about what will help and what won't. And if we're not the right people for your problem, we'll say so.
