Privacy notice
Plain English: what we collect when you contact us, what we do with it, and how long we keep it.

Contact form submissions
When you use the contact form or the 2-minute check, we receive the details you type: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the type of help you're after, and anything you write in the message. We use that to reply to you and to prepare a proposal. Form delivery is handled by our form provider, and the message also arrives in our email inbox.
Website analytics and attribution
We record aggregate usage — pages viewed, buttons clicked, whether a form was started or completed — so we can tell which pages are useful. Where a referrer or campaign parameter is present in the URL, it is stored alongside the visit so we know roughly where an enquiry came from. We do not use this to build advertising profiles.
Call tracking
We do not currently use call-tracking numbers. If we introduce them, the number you dial may be recorded along with the date, time and duration of the call so we can attribute the enquiry. We will update this notice before that goes live, and calls are not recorded without telling you at the start of the call.
Customer relationship management
Enquiries and client work are tracked in our own systems so we can follow up properly: contact details, notes about what you need, quotes issued, and the status of any project. Access is limited to PM Product Solutions. We do not sell or rent your details.
Client evidence and screenshots
Where we publish results or screenshots from client work, the material is stored privately and only becomes public with the client's written approval. Anything unapproved stays internal.
How long we keep things
Enquiries that don't become work are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Records for client projects are kept for 6 years after the last invoice so we can meet accounting and tax obligations. Analytics data is kept in aggregate form only.
Your rights and how to ask
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@pmproductsolutions.co.uk and we'll respond within one month. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
